We are having a Pampered Chef Fundraiser for the Rescue.

A portion of your order will go towards helping us be able to pay for monthly heartworm and flea /tick prevention for our rescue dogs.

Every one of our rescue dogs has to be on monthly heartworm prevention as well as monthly flea/tick prevention.
Just think how much that alone costs a rescue.

Whew! What a week it’s been.

We have 4 dogs leaving on transport to their new families and 1 kitty cat.

Safe travels to everyone on board these transport vans. One van left early this morning. One left this afternoon and one left tonight.

A huge Thank You to their wonderful loving foster families. For taking them in to their homes to help save their lives. We couldn’t do it without our loving foster families.

We can’t wait for you to arrive to your new families. They are all anxiously waiting for your arrival.

Meet Tally
She’s 3-4 months old
She was found and rescued by her finder Jordan after she was spotted being chased by a group of children at one of our local family brewery’s.
She was all alone and terrified. So Jordan called and asked if we could help save her if she was her foster mom. Of course we said Yes!

Jordan and her family have been a wonderful loving foster family for several of our rescue kittens.

It is so nice to have such supportive,
loving families to foster for us.
We can only help the rescue dogs and cats in need of saving with committed foster families.

And there’s so many dogs and cats tbar need help. But not near enough foster families to help.

So if you have ever wanted to help save a life by fostering, we sure could use your love and support. All you do is provide a loving home.

This will be Tally’s 2nd vet appointment. So she will stay with her foster family until she’s completed all 3 rounds of her kitten vaccines and then her spay appointment.

We saved a life today ❤️🦮🐾

Jason’s life 😍

Jason has been at the shelter for a long time with no interest. 😢

He has a couple of areas (3) that need to be surgically removed from his body. Maybe that’s why no one wanted to adopt him. One is on his private part ( just the sheath part ) and one is on his tummy and one on the back of his leg. Our vet said she can remove them as they are from the sun. She sees these quite often here. They are easy to remove, thank goodness.

He is staying at our vet today and tonight so he will be ready for his surgery in the morning to remove these 3 areas. Only the Best for our pups. He sure deserves it.
He is a total sweetheart 🥰

Jason is good with other dogs.
He’s good on a leash
Good with both men & women
Knows how to sit
Takes treats so gently from your hand
He is a Shelter Favorite. And now a rescue favorite ❤️

Since we are a medical rescue, we decided to step up and give Jason the veterinary care he needs in order to remove these things. We don’t think they are dangerous to his healthbut we will confirm they are not cancerous or anything else needing more attention.

He’s looking good after his much needed grooming appointment today. 🥰🤩😍

We are so thankful our groomer could come over and help get all the mats and much needed haircut needed for our newest rescue pup Red.

He is almost a year old
He is scheduled for his neuter next week.
Then he will be ready for adoption.
