If some guy (or girl) tells you to ignore your dog's cries, to show your dog you're in charge or disregards how your dog feels, then grab your beautiful, vulnerable dog and run the other way. Our dogs rely on us to understand and care for them, to be their advocates and protectors from harm. Let's live up to their needs. It's our responsibility.

Meet my newest (and most enthusiastic) client, Maxine the Boston Terrier! 🐾

This little firecracker bounces, dances, and literally dips and dodges around her owner’s feet like she's auditioning for a role in a circus. 🎪🐕

While Maxine’s energy is adorable, her owner was starting to worry about becoming a tripping hazard.

We're working on basic manners, calming techniques, and teaching Maxine that there is a time and place to be the center of attention... and that time is NOT always under her owner's feet! 🐾✋
