Leo is a Healer💫
Kenna is slow to open up to other dogs.
She's spicy, small, and has had bad experiences with other dogs in her past.
But they spent time building their relationship (through lots of management) and now he is her favorite dog!
Sometimes she overreacts in play👹
He put his paw on her - and she is NOT cool with contact during play - she wants to bark and jump around and chase.
Her overreaction is biting at his leg and then going to his face like "we gonna fight about this??"
But he says "Nah girl, my bad!"
She then shakes it off
And because they trust each other she goes back into play.
I have never actually seen that before🤯
She usually disengages in a huff and regulates, then lays down. But this time she kept playing.
It takes time to build this kind of trust...
And it's beautiful to see that they know each other well enough to know that neither one of them have malicious intent for each other...even if there is miscommunication.
Some humans could take a lesson from their book📖👫❤️
