You will need to use the email address provided during the initial registration as your login name and create a password. After logging in, you can update your pet's information and contact details to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
If you prefer to contact HomeAgain via phone, you can reach them at 1-888-HOMEAGAIN (1-888-466-3242), where trained Lost Pet Specialists and Customer Service Representatives are available all day, every day.
While the additional protection services are optional and can be renewed annually for $17.99, the microchip remains registered in the HomeAgain Pet Recovery Database even if you choose not to renew these services.
