I felt I should put a post up regarding pups/holding deposits/layways plan. I have the option to place a non- refundable holding deposit for people who are serious to secure their choice. A pup can be claimed by someone else in an instant without a holding deposit being placed. Think of it as also like a layway plan you put a little in to secure what you want and pay the rest on the day of pick up I am not like most breeders we will work with you and give you extension days so long as it’s reasonable. I have many inquiries and many who say they want a certain pup but don't place a deposit or many who just disappear after sounding very interested. Just like how you want me to understand where you’re coming from please understand where I am coming from. if you want a specific pup for sure be ready to place the holding deposit because it is the only way I can & will hold & guarantee that pup for you. I just wanna re-introduce myself or ourselves. I am Jeanette Herrera I have been breeding since the age of 15 all the way up to 33 years old. I start with the love for Chihuahuas and then end up loving Yorkies. I got married with my husband Anthony Napolitano who also loves our babies and has been helping me with my Breeding program. We are not perfect God knows we are still learning and growing each day… but we do try our best to provide good customer service. and would like for our puppies to go to good homes with great owners rather if they are breeders or pet only, so long as they have a good heart🩷. we do have the right to refuse someone if they show any sign of negativity, snobbyness, or disrespectfulness towards us . people like that are most likely to not respond back to the Breeder once they get what they want. Most breeders don’t care, but I do!!….I want to receive puppy update pictures and videos so I can see for myself that my babies are still with the person that I chose for them to be with. But it’s also up to you to communicate with me on whether or not you want me to post them on my page or not. which we will be making new contract stating that. We have some unique, colorful babies in many different sizes and shapes. with awesome personalities who deserve not just good homes, but loving permanent homes with a family, who knows how to take care of them as well as know their value.

Only contact us if you are seriously interested in adding a furry little family member into your home. That means that you’re prepared mentally physically emotionally and financially and know what you want right there. Plus know the value of Yorkies.

Do not contact us if you are indecisive, don’t know what you want, and then ghost us when you get information. Because once you do that, expect the same treatment in return!. especially to those who are trying to look for a good deal who frequently ask!….just know that we will remember you and we will not give it to you. Only those who got a pup from us previously get approved for that for they are loyal customers that have good vibes and good intentions.

If you want a fully registered pup especially Akc expected it to be expensive especially if they come with a certain look and color. If you want a pet only you will need to sign a spay and neutered contract. because I want to be sure that is just for that and nothing more. And yes they will still be expensive if you want a purebred. 

But if you’re looking for something cheap aka 50, 100, or 250 I will refer you to some nice places like your local shelters, vets, or PetSmart for they have early weekend adoptions.
