🚨 FOSTER NEEDED TO SAVE AUSTIN! 🚨
Can anyone open their home to this incredibly sweet young German Shepherd? 🥺💔 Austin is at the Cleveland, TX pound, where dogs can be euthanized for kennel space.
He’s affectionate, loves giving kisses, walks well on a leash, and appears to be house trained. ❤️

🚨💔 AUSTIN NEEDS A RESCUE & FOSTER — PLEASE HELP SAVE HIM 💔🚨
Just look at this beautiful boy. 🥺🐾
Austin is only about 1–1.5 years old, a stunning long-haired German Shepherd who somehow ended up alone and injured on a stranger’s porch. He was taken to the Cleveland, TX pound — a small municipal kill shelter that euthanizes for kennel space.
And despite everything Austin may have been through, he is incredibly sweet. ❤️
Austin loves people and happily gives kisses. He walks well on a leash and even appears to be house trained — he refuses to use the bathroom in his kennel and waits patiently until someone takes him outside.
But Austin arrived with a painful wound on his upper front leg. 💔 The veterinarian said it looks like classic road rash, meaning this poor boy may have been hit by a car or even thrown from one.
Thankfully, his X-rays showed NO broken bones. 🙏 He has been prescribed antibiotics, pain medication, and cream for his wound, and we’re hopeful he’ll be feeling much better very soon.
Underneath the dirt, the injury, and everything he has endured is a gorgeous young German Shepherd with his entire life ahead of him. He just needs someone to give him that chance.
