We’re hurting—and we need you. 💔

Right now, something deeply important is breaking for rescues, and we want to explain why it matters so much.

When our dogs aren’t being seen on adoption platforms, they aren’t getting adopted. And when adoptions slow, it doesn’t just hurt our hearts—it threatens our ability to keep going.

Adoptions are the lifeline of rescue. They’re how we make space to save the next dog in crisis. They’re how we pay veterinary bills, keep food bowls full, stock medications, and continue caring for the dogs already depending on us. When visibility disappears, everything tightens—fast. Not because rescues don’t care, but because the systems we rely on suddenly stop working.

Right now, rescues everywhere are feeling this. Incredible dogs are being overlooked through no fault of their own, and the ripple effect is devastating. This is how rescues quietly begin to drown—not in one dramatic moment, but slowly, when adoptions stall and support fades at the same time.

Our dogs are safe. They are loved. And we are still here, showing up every single day for them. But we need help to bridge this gap while these issues are being resolved.

💔 THIS IS AN URGENT, LAST-CHANCE PLEA. 7 innocent dogs — ALL abandoned by their owners — are on the 12/15 EU list at the Cleveland, TX Pound, a small, under-resourced municipal kill shelter where dogs have no time, no exposure, and no chance unless a rescue, foster, or adopter steps up.

These babies were once in homes. They slept at someone’s feet, trusted someone, looked into someone’s eyes with love. And now they sit alone in cold kennels, confused and breaking down, with the clock running out.

Well look who just got adopted Roxie Dawn she’s been with a wonderful foster that took her from the Cleveland Texas pound and saved her from
Euthanasia.

But sweet ROXIE DAWN will be headed to Oregon in January!

Look at Dug previous Chowder from the Cleveland Texas pound was set to be euthanized but other plans were in store for him.

Dug is now living his Best Life! He got adopted out.
Look at him enjoying his snow day in Vermont! He has a vacation home there!

🆘🆘FOSTER NEEDED!! 🆘🆘

Duke is an incredibly sweet boy who will need a foster starting in mid-December. He’s with a short-term medical foster now who is helping him get through his surgeries and recovery period, but he will need to move to a different foster in mid-late December. At that point, Duke will be through the toughest part of his recovery and will only need standard foster care.

Lola’s LOVE Story 💕💕💕💕🐾🐾🐾

Look At Sweet Lola she had to have her back leg amputated and the sweet vet tech where Lola was at fell in love with her ! 💕

It was a long ordeal but she made it through and Lola found love and love found her!
