While Josh and Ben are holding down the farm and deliveries, I’m in France for 12 days cooking for 14 people on retreat and loving every minute of shopping the local markets, exploring new foods and flavors, museums, topless beaches and ultimately finding stillness within to come back with a fresh wind of energy to pour into farming and serving Charleston with high quality mushrooms🍄🌿
It’s my first time away from the farm and I’m feeling very grateful that it’s even possible with the support of our team and the amazing customers and chef’s that support us! We’re always striving to grow and expand our offerings but sometimes you gotta rest and soak it all in.
