This is Onyx,
He’s such a loving, friendly & playful pup. Always stealing socks ,toys & the kids doll clothes.
He’s a lil brother to our twin girls, and a dear companion to my wife and I.
The other night we were asleep & heard him screaming in the the other room . I ran immediately to go check on him. I took him into the room with my wife and I, we immediately noticed something was wrong with his eye. The eye had popped out of it’s socket. It was a terrifying sight, and he was in terrible pain. My wife got right on the ☎️ calling the vet, she called every 24hr vet in Houston, while I googled the symptoms. Oddly enough all the emergency centers had the same story, 3-4 hour wait. Finally she found a Veterinarian in Katy that could see him right away for $175. We left ASAP!
After being seen & even tho we got there immediately after it happened, the doctor said, “The eye was no longer viable, he had no vision in that eye. The eye would have to be removed immediately before it causes infection.. The cost of surgery is a pricey $3,000 dollars & we cannot afford it!!!!!!
Onyx is a big part of our family and very near and dear to our hearts, so we must do ever In our power to save him and provide the best quality of life possible. Please help us, help our family member, We are asking for everyone for at least $1.
Anything you find in your heart to donate will be greatly appreciated. All funds will go toward Onyx’s Enucleation Surgery and his after care. It’s almost been 48 hours and time is not on our side, so please help us without delay.

The majority of adults have bad breathing habits for a number of reasons. They may have developed them in childhood for several reasons, or today’s stresses can lead to poor breathing. AND poor habits can lead to all sorts of health and wellness issues which at first would not seem obvious.
So it is really important to breathe correctly and break the bad habits. Several techniques may have to be corrected - especially mouth breathing and using the diaphragm correctly and fully. There is also benefit to be gained by slowing your breathing down to about 6 breaths a minute when you feel stressed, and to actually extend your ability to hold your breath after an exhale to about a minute. Emphasizing exhale helps too. Using A Journal To Learn About Yourself
A journal is another way of understanding yourself as it forms a gateway into how you are thinking.
At the moment, writing about your concerns or showing appreciation can help in various ways in problem solving and inspiration. I see journaling as a form of coping with difficult times or using it to lift yourself up and remind yourself of good things.
But I also see a journal as a sort of time machine.
By looking back at your journal you can see how much you’ve changed and grown. We may not realize how much we change on a daily basis, but give it enough time and you’ll see that we all change subtly.
As we move on with our lives, new problems present themselves that grab our attention. We grow and change from those experiences even without our knowledge.
Over time all of those little problems in our lives make an impact on how we think, react, and process the world around us. Writing in that moment creates that sort of opportunity for us to peer back and realize those changes.
But we can go a step farther with that growth. We can analyze it. For example, after a problem is solved, we could find other ways to solve that problem or found a better way to solve it.
