As we reflect on the end of 2024, we want to share a special video that highlights some of the incredible animals who are currently in our care at Love Will Reach Animal Alliance. These animals have been with us for anywhere between 200 and 500+ days, and while each one has a unique story, they all have one thing in common: they are still waiting for their forever homes.

The holiday season, while filled with joy for many, also brings an unfortunate increase in surrender requests. For various reasons—whether it's a change in family circumstances, financial difficulties, or simply the challenges of pet ownership—many animals are surrendered during or after the holidays. Sadly, our rescue sees a significant surge in requests to take in animals, and the reality is that the need is overwhelming.

Long-term residents like those featured in this video are a testament to the reality that many animals, for no fault of their own, end up spending far longer in shelters or rescues than they ever should. They deserve a life filled with love, comfort, and stability—something that can only be made possible with the help of compassionate people like you.

Unfortunately, the lack of community support for animal rescues can make it difficult for us to provide the level of care these animals deserve. That’s where you come in. Your generous donations directly impact the lives of these long-term residents, helping us provide food, shelter, medical care, and the love they need while they wait for their forever homes.

🎉 Exciting News from Love Will Reach Animal Alliance! 🎉

It is with immense joy and gratitude that we announce our long-term resident, Lady, is pending adoption! After months of patience and dedication, Lady is finally on her way to finding her forever home. And what better time than the holidays? Look who got a family, a home, and a bright future for Christmas!

Lady will be leaving us soon for her "extended sleepover" in a foster-to-adopt home starting on December 28th. This is an exciting new chapter for her, and we are thrilled to see her moving forward with a family carefully chosen by our directors. Every step of this journey has been thought through with Lady’s best interests in mind, and we are confident this new home will be the perfect fit.

To ensure Lady’s transition into her new home and her future career as a potential service dog is as smooth as possible, we are asking for your support. Donations are needed for her care during this foster-to-adopt period, as well as to help her new family provide everything Lady needs to succeed.

Lady has made incredible strides while in our care, and she will continue her basic training in her new home. With the guidance of her adopter, we are hopeful that Lady will excel and transition into her future service dog career. It’s truly amazing to see her find a family, a job, and a future all in one!

Lady’s Wishlist includes:

- A comfortable kennel
- A working dog vest
- Chew-proof beds and kennel mats
- Seatbelt harnesses and a car crate
- Hands-free leashes
- Treats, chews, and sturdy toys
- Essential care items to ensure a successful transition

In addition, we’re asking for **Amazon, Chewy, Petco, and PetSmart gift cards** to help Lady’s adopter spoil her as she settles into her new home. These gift cards will allow her adopter to purchase any additional items Lady needs and ensure she’s treated to the best care possible!

Your donation will provide everything Lady needs to thrive in her new home and set her up for success as she embarks on this exciting journey. We are so grateful for every bit of support, no matter how big or small, as we work together to give Lady the best possible chance for a bright future.

Charlie and Mama kitty are still waiting for the perfect home. They are both spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and fully vetted. Inquire about adopting them separately or together for a reduced adoption fee.

We are a registered 501c3 non-profit animal rescue in Hot Springs. We are foster-based, so meet-and-greets are by appointment only.
