I want to thank Lindsey and Eliana Henning. When I sold the stable to them I knew they were the perfect fit. I'm blessed to still be a part of Henning Ranch. Lindsey is the most amazing person. Eliana and Lindsey are true animal lovers. Your horses are in the best hands. Love you two.

🙌🏼 Introducing Jim Ackerman, Barn Manager and Custom Woodworks & Products Creator

Born and raised in Neenah, Wisconsin, Jim Ackerman moved to Hortonville in 2012 and began a journey that would shape the next chapter of his life. What started with buying a horse for his 16-year-old daughter, Hayley, quickly grew into a father-daughter operation that they proudly ran together for 13 years. ❤️

Following a tragic loss of Hayley, Jim found strength through community and the wonderful people who stepped in to help continue the dream. Today, he remains an important part of the ranch and enjoys supporting its future while sharing his knowledge, hard work, and heart with those around him.🙏🏼

When he’s not at the ranch, Jim enjoys loving on his horse Cash (Dealt N’ Ace) and dog Marley, woodworking, creating custom projects with his laser equipment, and making things for others. A devoted sports fan, he follows baseball, football, and hockey, and dreams of one day traveling to Pittsburgh to watch the Pittsburgh Steelers play in person. 🏈

Known for his generosity, craftsmanship, and quiet dedication, Jim’s greatest passion has always been helping the people he cares about most—and today, that mission continues through supporting the ranch and the community that surrounds it. 🥰

Today we remember Hayley Renee 🤍

A daughter, friend, police officer, horse lover, and part of our barn family whose light touched so many lives.

Memorial Day also reminds us of all the loved ones we carry in our hearts and miss deeply every single day. Gone from this earth, but never from our memories.

Thinking of Hayley’s dad and everyone missing someone they love today. 🇺🇸🐎🤍
