A gentle reminder to please have patience with small businesses, especially the ones run by one person ❤️

Behind the messages, scheduling, driving, meet and greets, cleaning, planning, caring, and late nights is still just… a human being.

As a one woman business owner, I truly give my all to my clients and their pets. In over two years, I have never missed a scheduled pet care service. But sometimes life happens unexpectedly. Family situations, emergencies, sickness, kids, car issues, or simply being pulled in too many directions at once can happen to any of us.

Sometimes a meet and greet may need to be adjusted or moved to the next day, and while I completely understand frustration, I also hope people remember that most small business owners are carrying an entire business on their shoulders alone.

We care deeply. We stress deeply. And I promise most of us are trying harder than you even realize.

Thank you to the clients who choose understanding, kindness, and grace when life happens. It means more than you know ❤️

Boarding is pretty well booked up — so grateful for all the trust you all put in me! 🥰

BUT if you need someone to pop in and check on your fur baby at home, I have plenty of drop-in availability right now!

Also already met an adorable new boarding client at her meet & greet and cannot wait for her first stay at my place! 🐶 That first boarding visit after a meet & greet is always so fun to see. They already know me but a whole new environment to explore! DM me to get on the schedule!
