Everybody loves Larry. And he loves everyone in return. This big boy came to us when his owner had housing problems. Sweet as can be with people, he isn't quite so sure about other cats. Larry is an amazing boy who will make a new home and family very happy.

Luna came to us as an abandoned mama with 4 kittens. She was in foster care and when her babies were weaned, she stepped up to take care of another litter of kittens who had no mama of their own. Needless to say, she is amazing. Friendly and playful, Luna is still young, and would be a wonderful addition to any family. This beautiful girl has been a joy to be around, and now it is her turn for a home of her own.

North Beach PAWS to Conduct Dog and Cat Vaccination Clinic in Ocean Shores
North Beach PAWS is conducting a dog and cat vaccination clinic Saturday, September 9, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Ocean Shores Lions Club located at 832 Ocean Shores Blvd NW.

North Beach PAWS recently held a similar event at Grays Harbor College in Aberdeen where nearly 200 animals received vaccinations and/or microchips.
Vaccinations and microchips are $20 each. The event will also feature raffles with prizes provided by local businesses. Attendees are encouraged to visit the North Beach PAWS information booth to find out how to volunteer, become a foster home, and/or donate.

No appointments are needed or will be accepted, the event is first come, first served. Dogs must be on a leash and cats must be in carriers. Anyone needing more information should call 360.660.4660.

This cute little face belongs to Dozer. He is a 2-3 year old Chihuahua mix with a ton of personality. He loves attention and walks great on a leash. He should be the only dog in a home, but he makes up for it by being a loyal companion with a silly side. Dozer would be best in an adult only home, where he can live his best life and shower his people with love and kisses.

This gorgeous girl is Shelly. She is a 7 year old Sheltie Sheepdog mix who is as soft as she looks. Animal Control rescued her from a backyard breeder, so she has had a sad life until now. She is shy of strangers, but once she gets to know someone, she loves to snuggle on a couch next to them.

Shelly deserves to feel loved and cared for in a home of her own.

Checkers is a perfect little tuxedo girl with an amazing white moustache. She was raised in a foster home with several siblings and she loved her big dog friend.

Playful and loads of fun, Checkers would love a home of her own and a furry friend to snuggle. Her brother Chicago is also available for adoption. Due to an overload of kittens, adoption fees are reduced by half.
