Ruby’s 14 year old birthday celebration!

Haven’t posted in some time, Ruby will be 16 years old on December 24, 2025. We love her dearly and hope to have her for more years! Please post pictures of her siblings. Both of her parents are deceased.

Ruby, our 12 year old had a birthday today. She was the only puppy we kept, her mom Lucy passed away in 2018.

We are thankful and appreciative of the over 820 followers Lucy has on her page, and hope we can provide you with more information on this wonderful breed. An update on Lucy, she is now almost 12 and heading into her sunset years. She is having cognitive difficulties, and yesterday she left our home and we found her in the middle of a busy 4 lane road. It appears that the good Lord wants her around ....

I know you haven't heard of us lately ... Lucy (Mom) and Ruby (runt of litter) are doing great! ... Lucy is almost 9 years old now and enjoying her retirement years :) Will post some pictures soon.

Our dog Jake has passed away, he left our home and braved through more than 30 acres of heavily wooded area in cold weather. He was ultimately struck by a vehicle near a highway located over 1 mile from our home. We really mourn our great friend Jake, a true companion and "man's best friend".
