Been a while since I’ve shared a WMEM update! Massaged our way through a busy winter and am looking forward to helping your equine partners prep for show season! Massage is a great way to help reduce muscle fatigue as the workload ramps up lowering the risk of injury. It can also aid in recovery after a long event.
