Remembering our sweet Mavis, rescue from Georgia, who lives forever in our hearts.
Now we are so proud of our new rescue Kit. She is an Australian Shepherd /Bernese mix who was so afraid of everything and everyone. She couldnt even wear a collar or leash when we got her- she would lay down and freeze. She just hid in the garden and didn’t handle new situations well. Kit was unable to walk on the road and was aftaid of cars. Now after a year she is training to be a therapy dog and walking around the block with her head held high.
