They’re here! Cottonwood Honey’s JOY and Legendary Rocky’s puppies arrived last night, August 1st!😍 We have 5 females and 2 males in a variety of colors, a rainbow litter.🌈 They’re not even 24 hours old but are already nursing like champs and plumping up quickly. Joy is a proud Mama and dedicated, to the highest standards of cleanliness; keeping her puppies warm, fed and spotless. Many thanks to my friend Kay, Joy’s Guardian, who was invaluable throughout the whelping of each and every puppy, (many hands make the work lighter.👏)
It’s wonderful to have the sounds of little squeaks in our house again and I’m so excited to raise another Joy and Rocky litter. Stay tuned to my Cottonwood Labradoodles page and watch them grow through our photos, videos, and updates.🤗

The 4th of July is less than 2 weeks away. Fireworks can be terrifying for dogs, often causing them to run out of fear. All ALAA breeders microchip the puppies they sell before they leave. However, it is up to the individual owners to keep that information current. To keep your ALD safe during fireworks, verifying the contact information (name, phone number, address) registered with the microchip database is current. Additionally, ensure your pet has a collar with a visible ID tag containing your current contact information. If you need assistance with this information, please contact your ALAA breeder.

Thank you employees of Braums in Perry Ok. When driving out of state and there’s a tornado warning, it’s good to know you can take shelter in the freezer! Our dog Joy was quite content to meet strangers and receive petting while offering a nice distraction and comfort to all in a scary situation.😍
