Atchafalaya River Rescue is currently seeking dependable adult dog fosters who can help us continue saying “yes” to the dogs who need us most.

We’re looking for fosters with basic knowledge of proper animal welfare, a secure fenced yard, and the availability and means to travel to occasional local vet appointments. You provide the love, patience, and safe place - and we provide all essentials, guidance, and support.

If you’ve ever considered fostering, now is a wonderful time to step in. A temporary spot in your home can be the turning point in a dog’s life.
