ALL BOOKINGS PRIOR TO TODAYS DATE(5/19/2026) WILL BE LOCKED IN AT THE ORIGINAL RATES QUOTED. Disregard this if you have upcoming dates you have already booked.

Updated boarding rates will be as follows:

• Small pets: $15/night → $18/night
• Medium to large pets: $20/night → $23/night
• Extra large pets: $25/night → $28/night

Holiday bookings will continue to incur an additional $5 per night, per pet, on designated holidays only.

Multi-pet and extended stay discounts may still be available.

Clients who cancel bookings without notice or are a no call/no show will be required to pay a nonrefundable deposit prior to future bookings. This deposit will equal 20% of the quoted stay total.

All holiday bookings will require a $20 nonrefundable deposit, which will be applied toward the remaining balance due at pickup.

All balances and incurred costs must be paid in full at the time of pickup. No exceptions.

To better balance my business schedule with family and home life, I will be updating my drop-off and pick-up procedures. While I have always tried to accommodate everyone as much as possible, all drop-offs and pick-ups must now be prearranged in advance. Unfortunately, I can no longer accommodate unannounced arrivals.

*Monday–Friday*
Drop-offs and pick-ups must be scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Exceptions may occasionally be made if arranged ahead of time and scheduling allows.

If you are unable to arrive during those hours, you may need to wait until the following morning. Evening hours are reserved for family time and evening care/feedings for boarding pets.

*Saturday*
Drop-offs and pick-ups must be scheduled between:
• 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Please arrive at the time scheduled. Appointments are carefully staggered to avoid overlap and reduce stress for both pets and owners. If you arrive early or late while another client is being assisted, you may be asked to wait in your vehicle until I am available.

*Sunday*
Sunday scheduling will continue to be arranged individually, as staggered appointments help keep things running smoothly and avoid unnecessary chaos.

Additionally, after 8:00 PM, I will no longer be responding to non-emergency business messages. If you would like to schedule boarding or services after hours, please send a message with your name, your pet’s name(s), and requested dates, and I will respond as soon as possible or the following morning.

YALLLLL! We raised $15,000 for Atchafalaya River Rescue in THREE hours! EEEKKKK! We couldn’t have done it with out this amazing team , the volunteers and of course the donators! Thank you all so much! Also a BIG shout out to Bed Bath & Biscuits for hosting it🥰
