We adopted a rescue Pom last Labor Day. Long story short; he was a handful in socializing him. With help from a behavioral therapist he has come a long way. That said, he would not let any of us groom him. Not even brush him. I found Lee Grooming on Angie's List and Yelp with top ratings. They are 100% the most marvelous groomers (and I've seen my share) who really understand dogs and how to handle those that have been abused. Libby took our Skippy, and I had no idea if he would try to nip her or growl.....he was great, she said. I attribute that to Libby's keen sense of observing Skippy and understanding his 'signals.' Libby had no problems with Skip and he was THE happiest dog ever! He came back into the house running all around playing with his toys like he was a new dog. He has allergies so the bath was shampoo specific for allergies, and the grooming just made him a very happy dog. He looked great as well. I cannot give enough praise and the highest recommendation for Lee Grooming. Going forward I will only use Libby with Lee Grooming. You cannot go wrong. They are just incredible. And what really impressed me....they really care and enjoy what they do. That makes a big difference for anybody to enjoy their job and Libby loves hers. I'm glad she does because she is our Angel now for Skippy. :)
