The Feline Collective has a daily practice for you...
"Many of you are dealing with stress, fear, anxiety, and fatigue. We want to help you. Tear out a page from the book of cat/feline behaviors as follows.
Take time to streeeeeeetch like a cat/feline. It is calming and induces pleasure. Get creative with it. Think how you see us do it. A good place for you to stretch is in bed or on a big furry rug or blanket. Hold your stretches for a while until you feel your muscles relaaaaaaaaxing.
After stretching it's time to mimic our purring. Start to MOAN focusing on doing so deep in your throat and your chest. Continue to moan repeatedly, allowing the vibrations to pur your entire body and soothe you.
Then take your hand as if it were a cat's tongue and stroke or rub your hand somewhere on your body. Your arms, your shoulders, your neck, your back, your butt....wherever your body needs stroking. Use your intuition. Continue to moan while you stroke.
Stretch-Moan-Stroke. You can start your day like this, end your day this way, or interrupt a moment of stress, fear, or anxiety with this. This is a good daily habit that can help with your stress by connecting you with the power of self-care and pleasure. You can even invite us to help you or be there with you and we will be with you. Just ask us either in your head or out loud. It is our purrleasure. We thank you for listening to us. We LOVE you always and forever.
