**Seeking temporary foster change**

Hello everyone! As much as I love these puppies, I’m coming up on finals week for college. These puppies will be going to their new homes within the next week after their vet appointment, but I really need someone that would be able to take over fostering for me until then to make their transition smoother. They aren’t super hard as long as you keep up with the cleaning. They settle down very quickly after I leave the room and they all keep each other company playing. This would be a very short term arrangement until they go to their vet appointments and off to their new owners.

As far as I know, Cash and Willie are still seeking their forever homes, but they do seem to have a lot of interest so I hope people follow through! At worst, you may be holding onto two 2-lb puppies for an extra week that would likely not even finish a 5lb bag of kibble. They could also be split into two groups if two people would be able to help.

You would need to be willing to meet me between Harrogate and Knoxville TN as well as meet with the rescue in Charleston or arrange further transport when they are ready.

I would be forever grateful so that I can focus on a strong end to my semester 🙏. I don’t want to burden the rescue with making room I know they don’t have, so please help us out if you can! Foster applications are very easy! Let’s work together to change the lives of these puppies ❤️.

These three boys are still looking for their home to go to ☺️. They are all sweet and playful and ready to join you later this week.

Blue: Cash would prefer a calmer and quieter environment. He enjoys being held and cuddled, or curling up on his own to get nice and warm. He gets a little irritated when his siblings try to interfere with his sleep schedule but attempts to play and wrestle once in a while.

Purple: Willie is one of the most active puppies of the litter. He loves playing with toys and wrestling his siblings. He is a busy-body that prefers to be playing, but still wants held here and there.

Orange: Merle is similar to cash, he is lower-energy and naps frequently. Sometimes he tussles roughly with his siblings, and sometimes he just wants to sleep. He also enjoys attention and wants to be picked up and held or cuddled into your lap.

Dolly the pink girl has found herself a home ❤️. Minnie’s would-be adopter came to meet the puppies and fell in love with Dolly and Waylon. But ultimately, Dolly was the one that clicked with them most.

The boys are now searching for their forever homes. We are hoping that they can all be placed at the same time next week to make their vet appointments easier ☺️. Application information can be found at https://www.blue-nest-rescue-bndr.com

These 8 week old puppies are a beagle mix and will be small breed dogs most likely around 10-25lbs as adults.

Green = Waylon
Blue = Cash
Purple = Willie
Orange = Merle

Hello!

These little pipsqueaks have received a lot of attention, which is awesome! They are not yet available, but will be very soon! These are the five beagle puppies that were being given away for free at a local flea market. I offered to take the whole litter so that I could get them vetted and sent to committed homes rather than be taken away on a whim by a passerby.

All puppies will be UTD on vaccinations and deworming, as well as spayed/neutered prior to adoption. The adoption fee (very reasonable!) will cover these veterinary costs and support further dogs and puppies in need. All adoption proceeds go directly to the rescue. There are four little boys and a girl.

These 7-8wk old puppies (per premolar development) are allegedly Beagle/Beagle mix per breeder, but will certainly be small-medium sized dogs. I would estimate 10-25lbs depending on what they are.

They are currently located in Harrogate, TN, but potential transport could be arranged anywhere between Columbus OH, Cincinnati OH, Lexington KY, Corbin KY, Harrogate TN, Knoxville TN, and Chattanooga TN. Homes outside of these regions are usually welcome if transport can be found or if you are able to meet within reason.

I went back to the flea market today to confront the man that we got Minnie from and I overheard there was a man in the back giving away beagle puppies. With his permission, we went ahead and took all 5 remaining puppies. He said that he kept two of them and already gave one away. Despite Minnie’s “greeder” showing zero remorse for her passing, I was at least able to save these little lives.

They are supposedly 8 weeks old and have had their first shots and deworming. He said they were “beagle” puppies but they appear mixed with something else. There are four boys and a girl.

I will likely need assistance fostering these puppies because five is a lot for one person, in school, to handle with potty training and such. If you’re interested, please reach out to Tennessee Blue Nest Dog Rescue. They are not yet ready for adoption as we need to make sure they are healthy first.

If I’m able to find someone to take all 5, I may attempt to obtain the rest of Minnie’s litter from the man. It sucks to pay him money because it doesn’t influence him to stop breeding, but at least their lives would be saved.

This 1.6lb pipsqueak has been named “Minnie” (subject to change by future adopter). She saw a local vet today that determined she had lots of hookworms, roundworms, and coccidia in her stool. She has been prescribed a dewormer for several days and hopefully we can get her feeling better! They were concerned about how pale she was and wanted to run a PCV to determine how anemic she is, but they figured she could use all the blood she has right now 🙂.

Sweet little bay will be available for adoption through Tennessee Blue Nest Dog Rescue once she is healthier.
