Helena❤️

Helena’s story started in the most heartbreaking way. She was found at the local car wash after being hit by a car, injured and scared, with no idea where she was or what would happen next.

After being examined by our vet, it was determined that the best thing for Helena’s quality of life was to remove her back leg. And while she may have lost a leg… she hasn’t lost her spirit. ❤️‍🩹

Helena is still recovering from her injuries, but somehow, this sweet girl continues to show us just how strong she is. She is loving, affectionate, and full of personality, and she even has a playful side that shines through despite everything she has been through. 🥹

All Helena wants now is what she should have had all along — a safe place to heal, a family to love her, and a forever home where she can finally relax and soak up all the love she deserves.

Green Bean has watched every one of his 24 kitten friends find a family… and now he’s the only one left.

Day after day, he’s been waiting, hoping that someone would choose him too. Instead, he’s watched kennel doors open for everyone else while his stayed closed.

He would make the perfect family cat and is more than ready to know what it’s feels like to have a home of his own.

Meet Charles!

Charles is our handsome one-eyed kitty with a story of resilience. He came to us in a reusable Target bag suffering from a severe eye infection. After several veterinary visits and multiple rounds of medication, it was determined that removing his eye was the best way to give him a pain-free, healthy future.

Don’t let his one eye fool you—Charles doesn’t let it slow him down one bit! He’s playful, curious, affectionate, and absolutely loves people. He’s ready to leave his difficult past behind and finally experience what it’s like to have a family of his own.

Charles is looking for his first real forever home. If you think you could be the happy ending this sweet boy deserves, please contact the shelter to learn more about adopting him.
