A $2000 reward is being offered by Biscuit’s Legacy for information regarding the person(s) responsible. Do you recognize these dogs? They were abandoned and abused in the Bay Lane/Distress Creek area of Harrisburg, AR. A person of interest has been identified as a male with brown hair and a goatee, driving a maroon Dodge 4-door truck with a loud exhaust. If you encounter this truck, please refrain from approaching and contact the Poinsett County Sheriff’s Department at 870-578-2116 or Biscuit’s Legacy at 870-316-5880.
