Harlan County Saddle Club We are committed to sharing the equine way of life. We want to encourage everyone to be apart of the Harlan County Saddle Club. The Harlan Co.

Saddle Club meets each month and discusses concerns and events. We try to ride once a month at different locations in the county and other events in surrounding counties. We meet at the Shriners Horse Park located at Putney, Ky. The meeting is on the first Tuesday of every month at 6:00.
