Donegal Persians & Himalayans, NC

Donegal Persians & Himalayans, NC Show and pet quality Persians (Himalayans, and other patterns of Persian cats in all colors, including chocolate and lilac, but excluding white.) I, Jeanne V.

O'Donnell, have been breeding Persian cats with a focus on chocolate and lilac Himalayans for nearly three decades. I have been involved with major health studies in this breed and written articles on it, some of which have been published in cat journals. I received an award from the Cat Writers Association on my work with HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy). I showed my cats in the Cat Fanciers As

sociation for many years and produced Grand Champions and Grand Premiers. All of my litters were registered with the CFA. I now serve as a reference for new CFA breeders in the Persian cat fancy, especially those working with the recessive colors of chocolate and lilac. My lines are in several breeding programs. I currently work with Nataliya of NC Persians (her web site can be found by that name on Facebook). I will only be breeding for another year or two (from this year 2024), so after that Nataliya will be the breeder to contact for Donegal cats. Thank you and best wishes to all those who have purchased kitties from me over the past decades. You have given me great satisfaction knowing that my kitties have brought such joy into your lives. It was by the grace of God that I was able to do this for so many years. God bless you all.

This is Mel (registered as Carmel by the Atlantic Sea), the six month old flame point kitten that just became available. He is a lover, will demand attention vocally from across the room, and loves to play and cuddle. If interested, contact me at [email protected].

The flame point male Himalayan kitten in the video posted on September 29th was promised to a former client. She has run into financial difficulty and has released the kitten for me to place him elsewhere. If interested, please contact me ASAP as he is being vet checked and neutered next Wednesday and will be ready for his new home the next week. Contact me at [email protected].

Can anyone help me with how to share a video from my main page to this page? I took a video of Lantana and don't know how to share it.

I think I figured it out by accident. Hopefully you will see a couple of videos posted of Lantana and Carmelli. The first should be Lantana in the box and Carmelli fighting for the spot. He says, "Don't mess with a Gold Medal winner." In the second one Carmelli is the new Gold Medal winner.

FB says they are processing them. Someone please let me know when they are viewable.

Donegal Cattery will be breeding three females later this year with Lantana, my solid chocolate from Marquis X Catsy. Unfortunately he doesn't carry dilute, but some may be chocolate, possibly even chocolate calico. So stay tuned.
