As warmer temps are approaching, please be vigilant when letting your babies outside!
Heat stroke in pets happens fast and can be deadly. Keep your fur babies safe: monitor them while in the heat and don’t leave them out for long periods of time.
Remember: if you’re hot, they’re hotter. Provide shade, fresh water, and limit midday activity. Flat-faced breeds, seniors, puppies, and long-haired pups are most at risk.
See heavy panting, bright red gums, or staggering? That’s an emergency. Call us right away.
