The word "legend" and "best ever" is thrown around rather loosely nowadays. I don't want to disrespect anyone, I'm not talking about anyone in particular, but simply hanging around these dogs - even if it's 20 or 120 years - won't just make you a legend! No checklist can determine what being a legend means in the bulldog game, but it sure takes a bit more than that. Being a legend is not determined by "how long". Some people will achieve within a few years what others couldn't achieve in a lifetime. Same with the dogs! Winning 3, 4, or 5 doesn't always mean being the best that ever looked through a collar! Let's keep our standards as high as possible, otherwise, we're just lying to ourselves and others!
