The inspiration which has certainly pushed me comes from all over, far and wide, from world-renowned chefs to master carpenters or artists such as Bob Ross or Erte'. Who else is constantly misplacing their wallet, keys, or phone? Put it all in a bag and leave by the door; this way, you can do so without the barrage of profanity-laced rants when it's time to head out.

I handmake these crates and trays using only the finest species of wood. Here, you'll see African, Black Walnut, and Maple. They can be built in different sizes and shapes, with natural finish, paint, or stain.

Celebrate Juneteenth proper with a dish that brings a taste of the motherland with it.

Jerk Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner

Perfectly Balance Your Plate
Serve with 2 cups leafy greens and 1 tbsp prepared Epicure Salad Dressing, your choice.

Ingredients
3 small sweet potatoes
2 cups pineapple chunks or rings
2 tbsp oil
1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 tbsp jerk Chicken Wing Seasoning
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
Meanwhile, dice sweet potatoes; you should have about 3 cups.
In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, pineapple, oil, chicken, and seasoning. Toss until well coated.
Arrange in a single layer on Sheet Pan Liner. Roast 16–18 min or until chicken is cooked through and sweet potatoes are tender.
