That’s a wrap on a great 2026 breeding season for RBSF Preach N To The Moon! He is officially off duty so he can shift his focus to the upcoming show season.

This spring has been so special as we celebrated The Preacher’s gorgeous new offspring, and we’re already counting down the days until next spring's foal crop! We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the mare owners who trusted us in choosing The Preacher for their next equine family member. We are honored to be a part of your journey!

Between AI and live cover, The Preacher and the Long Horn Valley Farms team stayed incredibly busy keeping up with his full "dance card." A massive shoutout and thank you to Makayla Hill and Henry Elam for all the hard work involved with managing his busy schedule—you two are amazing!

We also want to thank Hagyard Equine Medical Institute for taking such great care of him; they let us know they’ll miss his fantastic personality around the facility.

Firewalkers Smoken Dream (Ember)

Photo shoot while I was brushing her today. Pictures do not do this spotted mountain horse filly justice. Cute cute she is. And so sweet. She loves to be brushed and loved on. Born April 15. Didn’t get video of her as was trying to brush her out. But she moves beautifully.

Grit and Fiddle got it Dun!!

We are thrilled to introduce this beautiful boy, born last night to the gorgeous Rocky Mountain mare, Fiddle (owned by Catherine Gast), and sired by the incomparable Grit. It has been such a joy watching Fiddle’s journey this year and anxiously awaiting this perfect pairing.

Big congratulations to Catherine Gast. We are so honored that you entrusted us with your beautiful mare, Fiddle. It has been a joy to be part of her journey, and we couldn't be more proud of the 'Cowboys Git R Dun' foal she and Grit produced! 🥳

We are so excited to welcome our new girl to the farm. Last night right after mid-night Journey gives birth to this beautiful spotted filly. She is all legs and so so sweet. Still thinking of names.
