Meet Mazda 🚙

This 1-year-old DSH model has a unique silver tabby finish (coat) with bright yellow headlights (eyes). Her well-tuned engine hums with a loud, steady purr, especially after taking a sunny trip around the LOHS catio!

Mazda is a Kelley Blue Book certified cat companion! She’s low-maintenance; the perfect mix of affectionate and independent for those who want a loving pet, without any constant “in-your-face” energy.

She adores sunny windows and elevated perches where she can watch the world go by, and she’s just as happy curling up beside you as she is entertaining herself. While in foster care, Mazda did well with other cats and meeting new people.

Hamilton is one happy pup! 🐶

He’s been having the time of his life at Camp Tanja (aka at his foster mom’s house). He’s been basking in the sunshine, taking long naps, entertaining himself with toys, and even learning how to track chipmunks with his foster sibling, Stucco.

That post-bath, flea-free feeling! 😝

Aspen and her 2 siblings were recently discovered living outside an assisted living facility; their mom nowhere to be found. At only a few weeks old, these kittens were covered in fleas and fighting for survival. Now, they’re safe in one of our foster homes, getting all the attention, food, and medical care they need.

Folks…..Kitten Season is HERE. We currently have 30(!!!) baby or unweaned kittens in our care, and the only way we can help more kittens like them is with dedicated fosters!

If you’ve ever thought about fostering — now is definitely the time. Little lives like Aspen’s are counting on you! Message us or email [email protected] if you’d like to learn more about becoming a kitten foster!

Flapjack, Angelica, Thor and Hope are having a great time at Pickleball to the Rescue!

We’ll be here until 2PM at Putnam County Recreation Complex in Eatonton. Come meet our adoptable pups and enjoy the food, music and raffle prizes at the tournament!

This event is free and open to all ages. Come enjoy a great day while supporting animals in need. A big thank you to Putnam Pickleball for donating a portion of your proceeds to our shelter!
