HRCH Brandywines Catch me if you can - Tag

We spent last weekend at the Coastal Empire HRC test in Offerman, GA running Finished for the last leg of the path to Tag’s HRCH. The judges were great and were able to set up fair but challenging tests in a beautiful venue. Thanks to judges, David and Drew and all the hardworking club members like Torrey.
We really enjoyed the weekend and I am so proud of them both.

HRCH Brandywine’s Summer Shandy-Leine MHR - 1/7/14 - 7/17/25
It was with great sorrow we had to say goodbye to Leine this week. He was a very special once in a lifetime dog for us. He was so talented, he had such a love of the retriever game and was a very affectionate dog. He will live on thru his offspring leaving a legacy that is impressive. He had 18 HRC HRCH Finished titled offspring and numerous others with other titles, great hunters and family dogs. Leine was one of the few boykins to pass the HRC Grand, almost twice, achieved his AKC MHR retriever title and was a member of the HRC 1000 point Club. He earned several placements at the BSS Retriever Nationals over the years. He will be missed everyday. 💔

HRCH Dolly x HRCH Ramsey puppies at 6 weeks old. They had their first vet visit today for first shots and health checks. Everyone did great. all promised.

HRCH Dolly x HRCH Ramsey puppies at 3.5 weeks old. They have started on soft food and are growing like weeds. They got their area expanded a few days ago and today also. All promised.

Sunday Grand Update - Phil is out with both dogs. BUTCH and Wheeler are going to the fourth on ones. Good luck.

Sat Grand Update - Phil and Butch will run their 2nd series tomorrow morning. Wish them luck it’s a bloodbath there.

Phil and Leine and Red - on to 2nd clean
Butch and Wheeler - onto the 2nd clean
Brian and Nitro - onto the 2nd on 1’s
Tim Boyce and Sailor - on to the 2nd on 1’s

Cali, Daisy, Butch and Wheeler, Brian and Nitro, Cindy and Stryker and all the other Boykins and handlers that are participating at the HRC Grand in Kansasville WI. Phil and Butch are in flight I. There are over 800 Finished dogs participating in this Spring Grand. 🐾 Good luck to Ray and Carol Caito, Don White, Stephen Durrence and everyone else in their training group.
