A Very Difficult Announcement from Dirt 2 Dazzle Dog Spa 🛁

It is with an incredibly heavy heart that I share this difficult announcement. ❤️‍🩹

Please know this decision was not made quickly or lightly. After a great deal of thought, prayer, tears, sleepless nights, and many heartfelt conversations with my family and those closest to me, I have made the heartbreaking decision to close Dirt 2 Dazzle Dog Spa at the end of 2026. 💙

I know this may be difficult for some of you to hear, and please know that it is incredibly painful for me to share. This decision has weighed heavily on my heart and is one of the most emotional and challenging choices I have ever had to make. 🌿

There are several reasons behind this decision, but one of the most important is that I need to take better care of my health and well-being while also being more present for my own family. Life has brought several unexpected changes and difficult family circumstances that are outside of my control. These situations now require more of my time, attention, and presence than I am able to give while continuing to operate the grooming shop. 🤍

Please know, I plan to continue honoring all appointments that are currently scheduled through the remainder of 2026. As the closing date gets closer, I will try to share any helpful information I find and do everything I reasonably can to help my regular clients prepare for this transition. 📅

I understand that some of you may feel disappointed or hopeful that I will reconsider, but I am gently asking that you please respect this decision and not ask me to continue grooming beyond the end of the year. I truly hope you can understand why this has become necessary. Please know that it does not change how deeply I care about you or your dogs—the love and relationships we have shared are what made Dirt 2 Dazzle so special and what makes saying goodbye so incredibly hard. 🐾❤️

Dirt 2 Dazzle has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. Every dog who has walked through my doors has left a paw print on my heart, and I will always carry the memories, friendships, and love from this chapter with me. 🐶💖

As I prepare to close the doors of Dirt 2 Dazzle at the end of 2026, I do so with a heart filled with both sadness and gratitude. Sometimes closing one chapter is necessary to make room for the next, and I am moving forward in faith, trusting that God is leading my family and me into a new season filled with purpose, healing, and precious time together. 🙏✨

Thank you for understanding, respecting this deeply personal decision, and walking alongside me through such a beautiful chapter. Dirt 2 Dazzle—and every dog and family who made it so special—will forever hold a cherished place in my heart. 🩵🐾

Due to overwhelming demand, our calendar is nearly full for the remainder of the year. We have LIMITED availability remaining in September, while all other months are fully booked.

As a reminder, we are not currently accepting new clients and are focused on serving our existing clientele. If you're a current client hoping to reserve one of our remaining September openings, please reach out soon.

HOURS OF OPERATION POLICY
PICK UP & DROP OFF ❤️🥰🐾

We love grooming your pups, but we also need to balance family life and other responsibilities. Our business hours are Tuesday-Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, and we close promptly at 5:00 PM. (8:00 AM drop-offs are available by request only.)

While we operate from home and adore what we do, we must stick to firm hours. After 5:00 PM, our focus shifts to family. If your dog is ready, please pick up within 1-2 hours of our call or text. Any later pickups (before 5:00 PM) must be arranged at drop-off.

Our gate closes at 5:00 PM sharp.

A $25 late fee applies for pickups after 5:00 PM (up to 6:00 PM). Any dog not picked up by 7:00 PM will be considered "forgotten" and remain overnight, with a $50 overnight fee added ($75 total with late fee). In addition to grooming cost.

Any Dogs who remain overnight must be picked up by 8:00 AM the next morning.

These policies apply to all clients without exception. They help us maintain a smooth, structured schedule, ensuring every dog gets the care they deserve while also allowing us to be fully present with our own family in the evenings.
