Stall Chart below for your viewing pleasure. As a reminder, shavings/hay deliveries will be placed inside your stalls to keep the aisle clear. Bulk orders will be placed together for barns to disperse as needed.
Housekeeping: Simple things. If you put it up, take it down (tape, hay string, zip ties, etc.). If you take it down, put it up (stall doors, partitions, etc). When bedding stalls, it is appreciated at all venues that shavings bags be condensed as best you can before depositing into trash cans to save on space that first day. If we can avoid piling trash above the cans or throwing trash into cans that have dislodged bags. This makes clean up terribly challenging for our crew and the more straight forward the job, the quicker and more efficient we can be with it.
Adds/Scratches/Splits: Splits need to be confirmed Friday. Adds/Scratches must be done at the office prior to office by 4:30pm daily in order to ensure our schedule is as accurate as it can be thanks to When Do I Go? All adds must be done in office and cannot be done at the gates.
Yes we're watching the weather. No we haven't made any changes to the plan. Yes we will let you know if we do.
Annnnd as one last parting thought as we jump into the show weekend....let shows these folks some love. They are truly the ones that make sure your needs are met and we could not be more grateful for them.
