This Timneh African Grey is looking for a new home 🐦

Did you know there are 2 types of African Grey parrots? Timneh and Congo. Timnehs are smaller, darker grey and have a bone colored two-tone beak while Congos are larger with bright red tails and solid black beaks 🪶

Timnehs tend to be more laid back and sociable to new people and multiple family members! They don’t make as much noise as a Congo African Grey but they are still excellent talkers 🗣️

2 hand-raised baby Senegals (Poicephalus senegalus) are looking for a forever home 🦜💚

Senegals are native to the woodlands and savannas of West Africa. They are known for being much more quiet than the typical parrot. Senegals naturally vocalize with soft whistles, chirps and clicks rather than high-decibel screams. Their calm personality makes them a great choice for noise-restricted living situations such as apartments 🙊

Although they are quiet, Sennies still have the ability to mimic and talk very well. They love to copy common household sounds like phones or microwaves 🗣️

They get their name because their olive-green feathers resemble a military uniform 🪖

These striking creatures can be found throughout the forests and mountains of Mexico and South America 🎋

Be prepared to make a lifelong friend because these macaws can live up to 80 years if cared for properly 👯‍♀️
