Hi everyone, I realize that everyone isn't on Facebook. I also realize that some of my treat subscribers don't follow this page. I just wanted to let everyone know that starting Dec. 1st. I will no longer be accepting PayPal payments. We will be putting a notice in everyone's treat box regarding this. Recently, we were flooded with a large number of orders. After mailing them out, we learned they were fake. Some were returned for incomplete addresses, while others made it to their destination. People soon made cases to Paypal about them not actually placing orders. PayPal sided with them and then charged us for it. To avoid future unnecessary expenses, we are dropping PayPal. We do have other payment options available: Venmo, Square, cash, check. (we even provide the stamp addressed envelope if you pay by check.) Sorry for any inconvenience, but they didn't leave us much choice, especially when we had the proof backing up why this happened and how it did...
We understand if you decide to discontinue your subscription & appreciate the fact that you let us bake for your pup/pups for as long as you did! I will be checking into other payment options to use, but to be honest, I've spent too much time on this disaster with PayPal already... :(
