High School Level Volleyball Players (Grades 8-12)

Next week I'm offering focused skills sessions. These sessions will be focused around enhancing strategy and volleyball IQ. The focused skills will be:
- Setting
- Blocking
- Transition and Hitting
- Transition and Defense
- Serve Receive
- Serving

Monday August 5 / Tuesday August 6
5pm-6:30pm

No Cost - Please just help with setting up and tearing down the net ;).

There will be limited spots in order to allow for more 1:1 support and small group learning opportunities. Please message me at 406-899-3321 and let me know which days you are interested in joining (you can join both days - different skills each day).

1. Just a reminder there is no volleyball open gym until July 15. More to come in the future regarding time and place.

2. Check this video out. Though all these women are working extremely hard to get some really tough balls they use a two arm platform on every dig except for the two contacts in dire need of it. May this be a reminder to all of you volleyball athletes to work hard to always get your two armed platforms to the ball ;). One handed digs have very little control (as you can also see in this video). Work hard Ladies on your platforms, whether you are peppering with a partner or your passing by yourself against a wall.
