Join us in congratulating Scott Hendrickson, Vice President of Operations, on 20 years with MVP!! Scott began his career with MVP after graduating with a degree in sports management and communications.

His favorite part of the job is the daily opportunity to connect with members and team members. Throughout his career, Scott has appreciated the commitment to him of the entire MVP team, as well as the opportunities to take on responsibilities both big and small. One of Scott’s favorite memories is swimming in the old MVP Metro pool for the last time. “Days later, we filled it with gravel and put a floor over it to make a group exercise space. Felt good to say I was the last person ever to swim in the MVP Metro pool,” he laughed.

Looking ahead, Scott is excited to continue building MVP’s reputation for friendliness and the way members are treated. Looking ahead, Scott is excited to continue building MVP’s reputation as a friendly, welcoming community. “We are great at it, but it’s an area that we can never fully reach the peak, so we keep living it out every day.”

Mark is joining MVP Crahen as the Head Pickleball Pro, and for him, it’s all about the people. He loves being part of a welcoming, enthusiastic community and playing with others who share his passion for the sport. Fun fact: he spent a year in college training to be a concert cellist before switching to data science. This year, Mark’s excited to grow the MVP Pickleball program with new drills, more competitive play, and helping players build confidence on the court.

Join us in congratulating Kyle Ranson, Director of Property Management, on his 20-year anniversary with MVP! Kyle’s journey with MVP started as a subcontractor during the construction of MVP Sportsplex. He later stepped into a full-time role as Property Manager and has been a key part of the team ever since.

Over the years, Kyle has made a big impact through his problem-solving skills, strong relationships, and dedication to helping MVP grow. He says one of the best parts of his job has been working with so many fantastic team members and building lasting friendships along the way.
One of his favorite memories is a road trip to Florida with teammate Mark Shaughnessy to deliver fitness equipment to MVP Spanish Springs. The two shared plenty of laughs and still remain close friends.

We’re so thankful for Kyle’s hard work, leadership, and the difference he continues to make at MVP. “I look forward to learning, growing, and helping make MVP even better,” says Kyle.

When Marie Twiss unwrapped her Christmas gift in 2023, she never imagined it would completely change her life. What started as a few personal training sessions became a journey of strength and transformation.

Through her training sessions, a long list of Group Exercise classes, and finding an encouraging community at MVP, Marie renewed her love for movement and exercise. “It makes it much more than a workout. It becomes a place for true social connection,” she said.
