SALES POLICY
�rabbits will not leave before 8 weeks old, 10- 12+ for Velveteen lops, 12- 16+ weeks for English lops.
�all rabbits being of interest will require 1/2 down of a non refundable deposit (depends on total of rabbit)
�we accept PayPal, Venmo, Cash app & cash. If PayPal is used, please send it under family and friends
�all rabbits will leave with a large bag of transition feed & a pe
digree (unless stated otherwise).
�all placements of rabbits are final, no refunds however we have worked out replacements in the past �
� any rabbit being acquired from this Rabbitry will be thoroughly looked over, and is to the best of our knowledge, healthy + ready to be rehomed, when buying a rabbit you are confirming that you agree the rabbit is in a healthy condition.
�we hold the right to refuse to place a bun to anyone we deem not fit to acquire one of our rabbits for the safety of the rabbit or the living conditions
�before contacting us about a rabbit please be sure you are allowed to have rabbits. If you rent, live with roommates, etc have it arranged where your allowed to have rabbits where you live
�we can happily answer any questions however we do suggest doing your research before committing to buying a rabbit, remember they are a lifetime commitment
�*****pedigrees- out of respect- ARE NOT TO BE ALTERED IN ANY WAY!! Our Rabbitry header name “CB Rabbitry & Bunny Hole” & the chosen name "CB Rabbitry's _____" is to stay on the pedigree + the prefix "CBR____ " is also stated as the tattooed ear! Also, you can name the rabbit what you wish BEFORE pedigree is printed/sent/handed over*****�
�we can not guarantee a rabbits show or breeding results
�please bring your own carrier upon pick up and/or meeting your transport.
�our Rabbitry is a closed Rabbitry we are not open to the public. in order to pick up your rabbit, a meeting place will be arranged to you or your transport.
�* if a deposit is not put on a rabbit within 24 hours of showing interest it will still be available for others to put a deposit on.*
�we are not responsible for the health of the rabbit after it leaves as it is impossible to know what happened after the rabbit has left and what conditions it has been in
�If you decide to get the rabbit transported we are not responsible for the rabbit after it leaves our hands
�it is up to you to arrange transport, we are willing to help but it is your responsibility
�if the buyer doesn’t show up to the meeting spot on the day and time scheduled the rabbit will be reposted for sale and you will have forfeited your deposit. We are more than reasonable to reschedule if notified in a reasonable time before pick up would have happened, please remember to consider the drive we will be making to meet you
�if someone is to back out or not pick up we will work our way down the line to the next person interested
�if for some reason you are unable to keep the rabbit PLEASE NOTIFY US *1st* -

as we can take it back or help you find it a pet/show/brooder home***
