Meet Rebel the toy poodle: this sweet boy first came to me as a puppy. Now, at 14 years young, he’s still part of my grooming family. His family moved several times but they never stopped coming back.

Tiana is a Brown 6 month old Poodle looking for her forever home. Charleston Reds Standard Poodles came over and asked if I could groom her to make her ready for her new home. She was a pleasure to groom and well behaved for the entire process. It was her first ever groom. I was told she won't get any bigger than this but will weigh probably up to 30-35 pounds. She loved playing with my crew at my home.
🐾✨ Had a fabulous grooming session with this adorable Norwich Terrier, Keegan! 🐶✂️ Instead of the clippers and scissors, Keegan's owner opted for a traditional hand-stripped finish that really showcases this pup's unique personality and coat texture.
The owner wanted a style that fits their lifestyle and not the traditional Norwich Terrier trim. I think we nailed it! This little one is looking sharp and strutin' his stuff while living his best life! 🐕💖

4 Paws and a Tail was established in 2008 by Heather Summers. Her attention to detail is apparent in every single pet she grooms. She started in the grooming industry as a pet bather/prep at age 17 and moved quickly up the ladder. She learned her skill the old fashion way, by apprenticeship and at the age of 26 opened 4 Paws and a Tail. Heather brings her professional services to the homes of pet owners with a high level of care and attention even if the owner can’t be home.
Most of our 4 Paws clients are referrals from current very satisfied customers and from the low country veterinarians who see the value of our top quality skin and coat care we provide. We see each pet as an individual and it shows.
