We wanted to take a moment to thank all of our wonderful clients for their patience this past month with our lobby closures for our staff trainings in preparation for our upcoming Practice Management Software transition. We are so excited for our new system to advance our ability to care for you and your pets.

Our final change to our operating hours is coming up on Monday, May 4th, for our official launch day!

PLEASE NOTE we will be opening at 2pm on Monday, May 4th, as this will be our first day operating with this new system.

We will also have a reduced capacity for the next week for appointments as our staff continues the learning process. We so appreciate your patience through this transition, and look forward to continuing to serve you and your pets!

PLEASE READ- TEMPORARY BUSINESS HOURS

We wanted to inform you of some upcoming hospital changes that will temporarily affect our lobby hours.

Evergreen Animal Hospital is in the process of transitioning our Practice Management Software to better manage your client experience. This process requires our staff to complete comprehensive training to ensure we continue to provide the high quality client and patient care you all deserve during this transition.

To complete this staff training, our hospital will be closed on the following dates and times:

From 12:00pm to 2:00pm on March 16th, 19th, 23rd, 24th, 26th, and 30th.
From 12:00pm to 2:00pm on April 2nd, 7th, 9th, 17th, 23rd, 24th, and 27th.

We will also be closing at 12:00pm for the remainder of the day on April 16th, and for the whole day on May 1st.

The official go-live date for our new Practice Management Software is Monday, May 4th. We should be back to our regular business hours at that time.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your patience and understanding, as we continue to enhance the experience for you and your furry family members.

Please note that Evergreen Animal Hospital will be closed December 24th and 25th.

We will also be closing at 2pm on Wednesday, December 31st and will be closed all day on Thursday, January 1st.
