Received my first bad review today from someone I've never even booked 🤣🤣 they couldnt find shot records, when they did they expire the 6th so I told them I could book the 5th. Sent a link they didn't book, someone else booked in thet spot. I told them I couldn't take them for the 5th any longer.

Instead of reading why I couldnt take them, they chose to think the post about not accepting certain clients was about them and wrote a review saying I'm mean.

I'm not mean I tried to get you in before your dogs shots expired, someone else booked at that time, that is in no way anyone's fault as they booked first. I'm sorry you did not have shots up to date past that, when you got them we could of booked you, however throwing a fit over it and saying I'm mean will get you a post written directly for you.

I am entirely full the 5th due to 5 appointments being booked I can not safely take on another. Thats not mean thats keeping your animal and other animals safe and protecting me frm burn out.

I DO NOT TAKE ANIMALS WITHOUT UP TO DATE SHOTS IF YOU CAN'T FIND THEM I CANT BOOK YOU. If someone books on the date we discussed before you do that is also not my fault I can not hold dates and times without booked appointments.

So the beauty of owning my own business is I can choose my clientele. Of you ask for custom work have me make a link then do NOT book I likely wont take you in the future. If you complain about pricing or the need to provide shot records again likely not the place for you. If you're leaving tomorrow and I've never met your dog but you cant send me photos/video of how to get in and feed them likely not the place for you.

If you care about your animal and the care they will recieve and have shot records, and keep appointments I'm your girl.

I have fire clients I've been doing for years because they keep trying to skirt my policies and started questioning prices when given a major discount. While it may seem rude its not its business you dont call your eye doctor to negotiate your care.

If you take your pup somewhere else for grooming because its cheaper I am happy you found a cheaper price, however if you bring your animal back for me to fix the other groomers mistakes it will be more as I would of done it correctly the first time.

I have many people who have contacted me said you're too far or I can go here for this price who message me after saying their mobile groomer didn't show or they went and their dogs hair looks horrible or their cat got knicked and are now trying to get appointments I am booked into July.

I am not mean I'm autistic and direct. I do try to make polices clear and expectations from clients.

Im filling up fast for June, I will be closed June 6th and 7th.
I have a boarder the 27th of June until July 3rd so I will not be taking any boarding for those days.
I have one open grooming spot the 5th past that i have no open availability until June 11th.

Please do not get mad if you ask to book, don't boom and that spot is no longer available I am first come first serve and one on one. Thank you!
