There is a change coming soon with consent forms
•For no shows-Full cost of grooming
•Last minute cancellations/reschedules-half grooming cost for that day will to added to next grooming

I must have 24hrs notice of a reschedule or there will be a half grooming fee

I understand emergencies happen those i will excuse unless it’s a reoccurring issue

On the consent forms
You will add your address and sign
If you are a no show/text/call
You will receive a bill in the mail once then after that further action will be taken

I work hard and respect you and your pup and your time and I expect it to be given back.

I give your pup individual attention without all the chaos they would be dealing with at many other grooming salons

I love what I do and I know it shows
