Shouting a big happy birthday to one of our technicians, Heather!

Heather is one of our exam room technicians, facilitating visits for our patients and helping the doctors. She brings lots of skill, a willingness to help in all aspects of the day, and a "go-to" spirit.

Heather plans to enjoy Texas Roadhouse for a birthday celebration tonight (but don't tell the staff there- she does not want to sit in the saddle!🤣 ).

Happy Happy Day today, Heather! We hope you have a fantastic day today.

We are celebrating more work anniversaries for the month of May!

🐾 Seth –Veterinary Assistant- 4 Years
Seth is a seasonal team member in our Gap office while he pursues his studies at the Atlantic Veterinary College in Canada. Whenever he’s on break, we’re lucky to have him back in the hospital, where he jumps in to help with all aspects of our work. We’re excited to see him complete his studies and can’t wait to watch him grow into a practicing veterinarian!

🐾 Jian – CSR - 2 Years
Jian is a valued CSR in our Lancaster office, keeping everything at the front desk running smoothly. From coordinating appointments to communicating with clients, she brings boundless energy to every busy day. We’re so grateful for everything she handles with care and efficiency.

🐾 Naomi – Veterinary Assistant - 2 years
Naomi supports both our Lancaster and Gap offices, helping keep our hospital clean, organized, and running behind the scenes. From patient care to lab work and countless daily tasks, she plays a vital role in everything we do.

👏 Thank you, Seth, Jian, and Naomi, for your dedication, compassion, and hard work. We truly appreciate all that you do!

We have lots of May anniversaries to celebrate at Pine Creek! 🎉

From our “OGs” to our newest team member, work anniversaries are milestones worth recognizing—and we’re so grateful for each of you.

Celebrating 8 years with us (since Pine Creek transitioned from Atglen Veterinary Hospital) are some very familiar faces:

🔹Carly & Lori, our amazing CSR team—welcoming clients with friendly smiles and calming voices
🔹Denise, a veterinary assistant whose compassion and patient care truly stand out
🔹Bree, our Senior Inventory Manager, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes
🔹Lois, our Office Manager, who keeps the front end of the hospital organized and thriving

We’re also celebrating Chloe’s 1-year anniversary!
As one of our veterinary assistants, Chloe brings a special passion for pocket pets and reptiles. Her dedication to providing the same level of care she gives her own pets shines through every day—and we’re so glad she found her way to Pine Creek.

Thank you all for your time, dedication, and compassionate care. The heart of Pine Creek truly is our staff!
