We love our vets at Harmony Animal Rescue Clinic and Harmony Animal Hospital, Pet Resort & Spa ❤️

Recently, Harmony founders Dr. Jodi and Jason found this sweet girl as a stray with a severely injured tail and brought her to Harmony for care. The team quickly fell in love with her and gave her a name: Bobbi. 💕

Once she arrived, our medical team got right to work. Dr. Kelsi stabilized Bobbi and developed a treatment plan, and Dr. Molly successfully performed her tail amputation surgery the following day.

Through it all, Bobbi has been an absolute trooper. Despite everything she’s been through, she remains incredibly sweet, loves attention, and happily soaks up every pet and cuddle she can get. 🐾❤️

We’re happy to share that Bobbi is recovering well and is now being fostered by Dr. Jodi while she continues her healing journey.

Please join us in sending lots of love to this brave little girl and in thanking the team that helped give her a second chance. ✨

We need some help! Pet sitter needed!

We’ve got an alumni in Sanford, Mr. Chico and his family, who are in need of a pet sitter when they are out of town. Person needs to be patient, loving and kind as Chico is an anxious little man and needs to build trust. Can anyone drop some links and recommendations for rescue savvy pet sitters and we are also going to connect with our network too!

Due to the detection of New World Screwworm in the United States, the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services will enforce additional interstate movement health requirements for warm-blooded animals, including livestock, horses, dogs and cats, entering North Carolina from states affected by a New World Screwworm Infested Zone.

All warm-blooded animals imported into North Carolina from an Infested Zone must have an accredited veterinarian complete the normal importation requirements and comply with the NWS National Continuity of Business Standardized Animal Movement Guidance. Learn more in the release below!

Dr. Annie Oh, assistant professor of ophthalmology, is looking for dogs diagnosed with acute blindness within the past two weeks, confirmed by ophthalmic exam, that haven't started treatment of steroids or antibiotics yet.
