The Animal Rehab & Pain Center is dedicated to helping dogs and cats with mobility, pain management and athletic performance. Our Facility includes laser therapy, treadmill, electrotherapy & therapeutic ultrasound, medical therapy and an outdoor therapy and agility yard. Our team is dedicated to helping your pet gain greater flexibility and ongoing comfort.

We have had such a busy summer and fall.
Our graduates have had to wait patiently for their time to shine...but the time is NOW!!
We appreciate all the time and commitment that our clients and their pets pour into their rehabilitation goals and graduation day is the day we all strive to achieve.
Yes, we miss our patients when they no longer need our direct support. Our clients know, however, that we are here to support them if they ever need our assistance in the future.

The Animal Rehab & Pain Center will be closing at 5:00 PM tomorrow October 23rd for Funkstown’s Annual Halloween Parade! 👻 Our team will join our friends at the Animal Health Clinic of Funkstown as we walk in this years parade.

We’d love to see you and your pets-- dressed in their Halloween finest -- join in the fun and walk the parade with us. 🐾🎭

📍 Line-up starts at 5:00 PM in the Animal Health Clinic parking lot
🎉 Parade walk is: 6:00 PM - 6:30PM

Come show off your costumes, enjoy the community spirit, and celebrate Halloween with our Funkstown family. We can’t wait to see you there! 🧡🕸️

Miss Becky and Miss Mikayla went all out for the Animal Health Clinic of Funkstown Staff Pumpkin Decorating Contest!
✨ Miss Becky wowed us with her enchanting Fairy Garden Pumpkin — truly magical!
🐮 But Miss Mikayla came ready to compete with her adorable Highland Cow Pumpkin!

After all the votes were counted, the competition came down to just ONE vote difference... and our 2025 Pumpkin Queen is 👑 Miss Mikayla!

 It’s vet tech appreciation week and we are having spirit week here at the Animal rehab and pain center. If you would like to participate and have your dogs or you dress up this week, Monday, October 13 is Disney day Tuesday, October 14. It’s tie-dye day on Wednesday we dress up in pink Thursday is zoo day and finally Friday is pyjama party day!! Please join in on the fun and please remember to thank a veterinary technician this week!

The Animal Rehab & Pain Center and the Animal Health Clinic of Funkstown are once again walking in the Annual Funkstown Halloween Parade—and we’d love for YOU (and your pets!) to join us! 🐾✨
📅 Date: Thursday, October 23
📍 Line-up: 5:00 PM in the Animal Health Clinic parking lot
🚶‍♀️ Parade Start: 6:00 PM
🕒 Walk Time: About 30 minutes
Dress your pets in their Halloween finest and march with us through the heart of Funkstown. Kids, and family, and 4-legged friends are all welcome—costumes encouraged! 🧙‍♀️🧛‍♂️🐶🐱
