We had a long and exhausting day here at MTP Peformance Horses today! We deep cleaned the tack/feed rooms in both barns, hung up all of the winter blankets (I hope I donā€™t regret that!!), cleaned pens, picked up all of the stuff thatā€™s blown through the property with our crazy winds, set up our round pen and chicken coop and got all of the horses ridden!! Now all we need is some rain so we can drag out arena!!

Anyone looking for a four figure jumper lease for the year? Extensive winning 1.35m miles with a junior, she took a break to have babies for several years, went back to work after weaning her 2025 foal but I donā€™t think she was ridden as much as theyā€™d planned but did attend a few local shows at 2ā€™3-2ā€™6. Sheā€™ll spend the rest of the month getting back to into shape and can go anytime after January 1. Best suited for 1m and under due to age. Very honest packer type but is a forward ride so not for a beginner. She isnā€™t ready to retire and loves to have a job, but doesnā€™t want to have babies anymore.

Very minimal yearly maintenance and a clean vet exam from this week, sheā€™s just a lovely older lady!
