Do you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and making customers smile? The P**p Fairies is looking for a reliable, hardworking Part-Time Field Technician to join our growing team!

✨ What We Offer:
• Starting pay: $16.90/hour
• Performance bonuses with earning potential of up to $22.00/hour
• Retirement plan options
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Workday starts at 6:00 AM and typically ends between 11:00 AM–2:30 PM
• No nights or weekends!

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 5 years of clean driving history (required)
✅ Pass a background check
✅ Pass a pre-employment drug screening
✅ Dependable, friendly, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

🐾 Just another day hanging out with some of Fresno’s happiest pups! 💚

One is all smiles. 😄
One is politely requesting belly rubs. 🥹
And one has clearly mastered the art of paddleboarding. 🏄🐶

This is one of our favorite parts of the job—getting to spend time with amazing dogs while keeping their yards clean so they have more room to run, play, and enjoy life.

Every yard we visit comes with a different personality. Some greet us with happy wiggles, some with goofy smiles, and some quietly wait for their favorite p**p fairy to arrive.

These sweet pups remind us that we’re not just cleaning yards—we’re helping families enjoy more time with their best friends without worrying about stepping in “surprises.” 💩✨

Our favorite part of the job?
❤️ The tail wags.
❤️ The excited greetings.
❤️ Earning the trust of dogs who now know we’re there to make their yard a little cleaner.

Building a team is about more than filling positions—it’s about finding the right people.

Tonight I had the opportunity to sit down with our newest technicians, Emily, Bri, and Kennedy, over dinner. We talked about who we are, what we stand for, and what it means to represent The P**p Fairies.

Picking up dog waste might not sound glamorous, but helping families enjoy their yards again is something we take pride in. Every gate we close, every yard we clean, and every customer interaction reflects our commitment to doing things the right way.

I’m excited to watch these ladies grow and become part of something special. Welcome to The P**p Fairies! 💚🐾
