I feel like a kid at Christmas time. I’ve been waiting a while to make this cross. I feel very fortunate! It’s a combination of speed, line control and check work. Bobbie’s good looks certainly doesn’t hurt on top of her ability. LOL. I’m hoping I can raise a basket full of true lil males. 😁

Lemon and white female pup out of Critter Creek Espresso’s Hot Mocha and Critter Creek Rage’s Rampage. The pup’s sire, Rampage, needs another win to finishing as a Field Champion. He is one of our young males that we just started field trialing a year ago. Rampage is a 14 3/4” lemon/white male thats hard driving with a big mouth. He is a son of NLPC FC Critter Creek Rudy’s Rage and a daughter of Espresso. To date, Mocha has produced three field champions and several more are close to finishing. Located in Franklinton, LA. Female pup off IFC Espresso’s Southern Royal Nova and Critter Creek Rage’s Esso 2.0.

Nova won several AKC large pack trials but finished in the U.S. as a Field Champion Gundog. She won the MidSouth Championship (SPO) in the 15” female class. She went on to finish as a Field Trial Champion in Canada thus earning International Field Champion while competing in large pack. Furthermore, Nova placed twice in the Canadian Large Pack Championship. She earned a top three finish for the Canadian Top Field Beagle Award. Nova has six generations of International Field Champions behind her. She is a very honest and consistent female.

As a young male, Esso 2.0 needs another win to finish as Field Champion Large Pack. He won the Southern Large Pack Derby Championship and went on to place 5th at the AKC National Large Pack Championship. He is a hard driving young male with a wealth of intelligence.

This will be the only pup for sale from this litter. She is loaded with winners in her pedigree. She is an extremely nice pup and will be priced as such. Please, no tire kickers! Located in Franklinton, LA.

“FedEx” DELIVERED the mail today. 😁. FCLP Critter Creek Rudy’s Federal Espress. FedEx has won throughout the south running swampers and cottontails in both Large Pack and SPO. He has also won and placed up north running hare in large pack and cottontails in SPO. He is a well rounded dog with extreme drive, a huge heart and loaded with endurance. He is the type of dog that we aim to breed…nose, endurance and speed along with the brains to control it all.

If you need a dog picked up or dropped off along the way then get with us. We will be leaving Louisiana on May 28th. Will be in Moran, MI and attending the Eastern UP trial on May 31st and June 1st. Then on to Ishpeming, MI for a trial on June 7-8. The third weekend we will be in Ironwood, MI for the AKC National Championship before heading back home to Louisiana that Sunday, June 15.

We are extremely excited to be able to make this breeding between International Field Champion Espresso’s Southern Royal Nova and Critter Creek Rage’s Esso 2.0.

Nova finished her Field Champion Gundog title then went on to Canada where Mr. Dennis Cooke finished her in Large Pack for her IFC title. She is a 6th generation International Field Champion. Nova ranked third across Canada in the “2020 CKC Top Field Trial Beagle”. She also placed in the Canadian National Championship for 2021 then again in 2022. In addition, she also won the MidSouth Federation’s Championship while running SPO.

Critter Creek Rage’s Esso 2.0 was the 2023 Southern Large Pack Association’s 15” Derby Champion and went on to place 5th at the AKC National Large Pack Championship. He just turned three years of age last month and only needs one more win to become a Field Champion Large Pack. He has wins and places while running cottontails, swampers and hare. Like his grandsire Espresso, Esso 2.0 is a very consistent hound placing in 18 trials from LA, TX, MS, MI and NY. At a young age, 2.0 has a bright future ahead of him.

This cross is very special to us because it combines our best dogs of recent years…Rudy, Espresso, Rage and Nova. It’s a combination of brains, competitiveness, foot speed, line control and hunt.
