Sweet Max has recently suffered a heartbreaking loss—his beloved owner passed away. At 12 years young, Max suddenly finds himself without the stability and love he’s always known. For now, family members visit him multiple times a day to make sure he’s cared for, but this is not a long-term solution. Max needs more. He needs a family. 💙

Despite his age, Max still has plenty of “get up and go.” He loves his walks, enjoys treats, and lights up when he’s around people. He’s super friendly, loves children, and is happiest when he has company. 🥹✨

🐶 About Max:

12 years old, mixed breed, full of love

Friendly with people and adores kids

Hasn’t lived with another dog in recent years, but he’s a regular at the groomer and does fine around them—we’re happy to set up dog meets

Unsure about cats

Still active, loves walks, and of course, loves his treats

Max is undergoing a huge change in his life right now. Losing his owner has left him confused and in need of reassurance and TLC. What he needs most is a foster or forever home where he can feel safe, loved, and secure again.

If you love bully breeds, you’re going to fall head over heels for Tofu. This young adult pit mix is short, stocky, and every bully lover’s dream—complete with a handsome smile and the chunkiest little smushy face you’ve ever seen. 😍

Although Tofu came to animal control as a stray and was never claimed, it’s clear he was once loved. He’s well cared for, super smart, and eager to please. In fact, he’ll sit or lay down the moment you ask—what a good boy! 🐶✨

But here’s the hard part: Tofu is still stuck at animal control. The confines of kennel life are really starting to wear on him, and the stress is taking a toll. 💔 He doesn’t belong behind bars—he belongs in a home.
