Meet Zuke — a stunning 8-month-old husky mix with piercing blue eyes and a whole lot of love (and zoomies!) to give. 💙

Zuke is your classic big puppy: energetic, goofy, and still figuring out the world. He loves other dogs (though his play style is on the rowdy side), does well with cats, and would thrive in an active home where he can get plenty of exercise, structure, and continued training.

🐾 Zuke is ready to find his footing in a home. He needs someone who can show him the ropes, help him learn manners, and give him the consistency every young dog deserves.

He’s not perfect — but he’s perfectly full of potential. And with a little guidance, this big baby is going to make someone an incredible adventure buddy. 🐕💨

🐾 FOSTER HOME NEEDED FOR THIS SWEET GIRL 🐾

Thanks to the swift action of Utica Police Department Animal Control, sweet Clementine was rescued from a dire situation and brought to safety. Her former owner has been arrested, and now this brave girl is ready for a fresh start.

Clementine has endured unimaginable neglect. This precious girl is malnourished and extremely underweight, but thanks to the dedicated care from the team at Waterville Veterinary Clinic, she’s now on a carefully monitored refeeding schedule and receiving the love and attention she so desperately needed. 💕

Clementine is currently safe but we are seeking a long-term foster hero who can provide the stable, loving environment she deserves as she continues her journey to recovery. This sweet soul is ready for her do-over—a chance to become the healthy, happy dog she was always meant to be. 🐶

Animal cruelty is a heartbreaking reality, and cases like Clemetine’s remind us why our mission matters. Every day, we fight to give animals like her a second chance, but we can’t do it alone. Your donations help us provide critical medical care, food and supplies for dogs in need. Together, we can rewrite their stories. 💪

Sheldon is a 1–2 year old terrier mix with the sweetest little soul and a tail that never stops wagging. Weighing in at just 20lbs, he’s the perfect compact companion for any home!

🐾 FOSTER NEEDED for a Sweet Senior Dog! 🐾

Meet Oliver, a gentle old soul who embodies the true meaning of “a man’s best friend.” Found wandering as a stray and taken in by local dog control, he looks like the loyal dog you’d find curled up next to a rocking chair on a porch, quietly keeping you company. 💕

Despite no luck finding his owner, we’re determined to give this sweet boy a loving home for however long he has left.

Oliver is calm, loves a comfy spot to rest, and although he doesn’t seek it, he enjoys pets and affection. He may have hearing issues, arthritis, and a couple of visible growths/tumors, but his heart is pure gold. Oliver I Rover’s Do Over will cover his upcoming vetting costs—we just need a foster home to welcome him!

Oliver is in need of vetting and preliminary testing to determine underlying conditions and the best course of care will be for him moving forward.

🐾 Still Holding On to Hope 🐾

Hope has been through more than most dogs ever should.

She came into a local animal control after being hit by a car, injured and alone. But even through the pain and fear, she never lost her gentle spirit — and never stopped hoping someone would come for her.

Today, she’s healed physically, but she’s still waiting… for a foster or forever home to help her heal fully, inside and out.

Hope is kind, quiet, and sweet-natured. She doesn’t ask for much — just a safe space, a soft bed, and someone willing to give her the love she’s been missing.

She’s been overlooked time and time again, but we believe her person is out there — someone who sees her heart and wants to be her second chance.

Big News! 🍼🐾

Remember Betty, the very pregnant stray we urgently posted about last week? Thanks to the incredible support of this amazing community and one truly special foster family, Betty gave birth yesterday in the comfort and safety of a loving home ❤️

She welcomed 11 healthy puppies into the world! Eleven tiny lives that now have a chance to thrive, all because we came together to give their mama a safe place to land.

We’re overwhelmed with gratitude for Betty’s foster family, who opened their hearts and home when it mattered most. It’s because of people like them — and YOU — that stories like this are possible. This is the power of community. 🫶

As you can imagine, 11 puppies means a big need for supplies!
