Self-Care but would be willing to help out with feeding and turnout depending on the arrangement.

12x12 & 12x15 matted stalls w/windows & tons of natural light.
Heated buckets but barn rarely freezes.

Each stall rental includes designated grass pastures & all weather turnouts that remain open year round.

Bedding/Sawdust on premise

Outdoor fenced riding arena as well as open land to free ride.

Small indoor area for exercising

Barn is monitored with cameras 24/7 boarders can have logins to check horses in stalls & pastures. Wifi available

Club house with restrooms, heat, AC, changing area & kitchen

Plenty of storage for hay & grain.

Tack room w/refrigerator.
