⚠️ OFFICIAL KALAMAZOO STATUS UPDATE ⚠️

Day two (today) may contain:
• financially irresponsible reptile decisions
• suspiciously affordable inverts
• deeply discounted large lizards
• decorative wood piles large enough to alter local ecosystems
• one free isopod colony appearing every time you buy two

Some animals have received temporary “please just take me home already” pricing.

The cork bark mountain survived day one.
Barely.

If you were waiting to grab something weird, today would be an extremely poor time to exercise self control.

Doors open today for day two.
Come see us before the sale creatures escape back into the wild.

Everybody has ONE animal at reptile expos that completely destroys their self control.

The species where your brain immediately shuts off and suddenly you’re holding a deli cup whispering:
“I can financially recover from this.”

What’s yours?

No judgment here.
This is a safe place for bad financial decisions and tiny ecosystem ownership.

⚠ OFFICIAL BIOACTIVE WEATHER UPDATE ⚠

Conditions in Kalamazoo are continuing to deteriorate.

Current projections indicate:
• severe isopod activity
• increasing scorpion pressure
• dangerous levels of cork bark accumulation
• isolated Rhino Iguana sightings

Authorities are recommending that all attendees:
hydrate properly,
wear comfortable shoes,
and prepare financially for questionable decisions.

KMK Isopods will be entering the Kalamazoo All Animal Expo with:
cleanup crews,
arachnids,
bioactive supplies,
and enough deli cups to concern local infrastructure.

Forecast models currently show a 100% chance of:
humidity,
soil,
and someone saying
“I’m just looking”
before leaving with a container full of tiny crustaceans.

ATTENTION.

TIME IS RUNNING OUT.

The soil demands support staff.

The leaf litter is disappearing faster than expected.
The mold approaches.
Humidity imbalance has entered the chat.

This is no longer a hobby.
This is preparedness.

When the systems fail, who will remain?

Not us.
Probably not you either.

But the isopods?
The isopods will continue their work without hesitation.

Tiny.
Armored.
Emotionally unavailable.
Fully committed to decomposition.

DO NOT wait until your enclosure has become a lawless wasteland of wasted food and poor substrate decisions.

Prepare your bioactive survival kit now:
• isopods
• cork bark
• leaf litter
• questionable financial decisions

We are shipping while modern infrastructure still functions.

THE COLLAPSE IS COMING.

At least your cleanup crew will be ready.

OFFICIAL MUNCIE STATUS REPORT

The Indiana Exotic Pet Expo is occurring again.

This means the Delaware County Fairgrounds will temporarily contain:
• reptiles
• tropical plants
• spiders
• cork bark
• several hundred conversations beginning with “my wife said no”

KMK Isopods will be present somewhere inside the building operating a table that can best be described as “organized ecosystem debris.”

Expected findings include:

A Rhino Iguana built like ancient construction equipment.
Savannah monitors with the energy level of caffeinated toddlers.
Scorpions carrying themselves with unnecessary confidence.
Isopods quietly processing organic matter and asking for nothing in return.

There will also be cork bark.

A lot of cork bark.

Enough cork bark that if you stare directly at the table long enough you may begin considering a bioactive enclosure whether you planned to or not.

Event information:

Sunday, May 24, 2026
10am–4pm
VIP at 9am

1210 Wheeling Ave
Muncie, Indiana

Please arrive prepared.
Financially, emotionally, spiritually.

Thank you.

Current situation:

Goshen indiana, Elkhart County Fairgrounds.

There are 4 tables.
The tables are no longer just tables.

They now contain:
Savannah monitors (small, fast, and thinking about everything)
A Rhino Iguana (large, calm, and older than most opinions)
Spiders (organized)
Dozens of scorpions (less organized, still committed)
Isopods (running the entire cleanup department quietly)
Cork bark (a structural decision, not a decoration)

Everything is contained.
Everything is accounted for.
Everything has a purpose.

If you walk by, you will look.
If you stop, you will stay longer than planned.
If you leave with nothing, that is a personal victory.

We are set up.
The tables have become an ecosystem.

Come observe, or buy something. Or both. Or none, I'm not the boss of you.

03/29/2026

We are set up.

Fort Wayne / New Haven Reptile Expo
3322 Honway Court

Everything is on the table.
Everything made it.
Nothing appears to have unionized yet.

There are tarantulas.
There are isopods.
There is cork bark in quantities that suggest long-term planning.

The wood has been arranged.
The deli cups are aligned.

Somewhere on this table is exactly what you didn’t know you were looking for.

Show runs today.

You can walk by.
You can stop.
You can say “I’m just looking” and then pick something up anyway.

We will be here.
The animals will also be here.
The cork bark is not leaving.

There is currently a small and quiet plant operation happening here.

Several cuttings have been placed into water with the expectation that they will grow new roots and eventually pretend this was always their plan.

So far the plants appear cooperative.

Some have already begun producing roots.
Others are thinking about it.
One of them has clearly decided to take the managerial role and supervise the situation.

The leaves are glossy.
The stems are optimistic.
The container now contains a suspicious amount of botanical ambition.

Meanwhile I will be standing nearby staring into the container like a Victorian botanist who has discovered a new species of leaf.

At least once per hour I check to see if the roots are longer than they were five minutes ago.

They are not.

In a few weeks these will become actual plants.

For now they are simply very confident sticks in water participating in a long-term hydration strategy.

It is an irresponsible hour of the night.

I just finished cupping 121 cups of isopods.

One hundred and twenty one.

They are ready.
They are organized.
They are judging me.

In less than two hours I start loading the vehicle for Muncie.

This seems like a terrible but necessary life choice.

Anyway.

If you attend the show tomorrow, please know that 121 cups of tiny crustaceans survived the night.

I might not.

See you in Muncie.

MUNCIE REPTILE SHOW
FIELD NOTICE

Tomorrow the Indiana Exotic Pet Expo lands in Muncie.

Location: 1210 Wheeling Avenue
VIP entry: 9am
General hours: 10am–4pm

Looking over the vendor list, this show has a little bit of everything.

Plants
Reptiles
Arachnids
Art
Oddities
Wood (we may be the biggest problem here, entirely unhealthy amounts of cork bark will be present at our booth)
Creatures that stare at you from deli cups

If you are trying to leave with nothing,
this may be a challenging environment.

Inventory from us currently includes:

Tarantulas
including Brazilian Blacks, Cobalt Blues,
Electric Blue Earth Tigers, and several species
whose names sound like underground wrestling moves.

Scorpions
18 Asian Forest Scorpions
which feels less like inventory and more like
a small council.

Snakes
Eastern Kingsnakes (20)
Corn snakes (normal / snow / caramel)

Amphibians
Pixie frogs
Chubby frogs
One Coral Blaze Pacman frog shaped like a
very confident dumpling.

Lizards
One Rhino Iguana.
Technically a lizard.
Emotionally a dinosaur.

Isopods
Rubber Duckies
Spiny Pineapples
White Sharks
Magic Potions
and many other tiny crustaceans that sound fictional
but are in fact real animals.

Additional materials available:

Cork bark (a lot of it)
Cholla wood
Springtails
Dubia roaches
Auto-refilling water dishes
Enclosure vents

If you are attending the show tomorrow,
stop by and say hello.

You will know the table when you see it.

There will be cork bark.
